Critic Boris Poyurovsky hosted an evening honoring Boris Lvov-Anokhin last night (March 30, 2012) at the Actors House in Moscow. Numerous actors who worked with the director over his 45 year career spoke of the lasting influence he had on them. Speakers included Oksana Mysina, Dmitry Pisarenko, Vera Vasilyeva, Irina Pechernikova and others.

The first night of the'Evening Moscow' Evenings takes plays at MOST Theater in Moscow on March 15 at 7:30 p.m.
It will feature performances of poetry by Oksana Mysina, Viktor Koriya, Boris Shapiro-Tulin, Yevgeny Slavutin and “Evening Moscow“ chief editor Alexander Kupriyanov. They and others will perform poetry by established poets, as well as by new young poets who have participated in a poetry competition hosted by „Evening Moscow.” The theater is located at Bolshaya Sadovaya, 6. Oksana Mysina will be the guest of Vladimir Glazunov on the “Born in the USSR” program on the Nostalgia channel on March 8 from 10 to 11 p.m.
