[23-03-2004] Woodstock Club On Saturday March 27, on International Theater Day, Oksana Mysina and her rock band Oxy Rocks will perform at the Woodstock Club. [18-03-2004] Oxy Rocks in the studio Oxy Rocks will go into the studio on March 20 to cut two or three new songs. Among them will be I?m Standing on the Threshold and Came To, Woke Up, both written by Oksana and Yevgeny Vostochny. The band now consists of Oksana on vocals and violin, Sergei Shchetinin on lead guitar, Yevgeny Vostochny on vocals and rhythm guitar, Dmitry Yershov on bass and Mikhail Zolotaryov on drums. [18-03-2004] Dialogue with America Oksana and her rock band Oxy Rocks will appear live on the Dialogue with America program carried by the Russky Mir (Russian World) international television network on March 18. Russky Mir broadcasts in Russian live to the United States and Canada. The band will go before the cameras with host Natalya Kozelkova in the early morning hours on March 19 at the Ostankino studio in Moscow, but broadcast time in New York will be from 7 to 8 p.m. on March 18. [10-03-2004] I Remember that Miraculous Moment On March 8 at the 14th annual Vera Kholodnaya Women of Cinema festival, Oksana Mysina was honored for her performance of the Empress Marya Fyodorovna in Poor, Poor Pavel with a prize bearing the title of I Remember that Miraculous Moment, a quote from one of Alexander Pushkin?s best known poems. [8-03-2004] All or Nothing All or Nothing (Pan ili propal), a 16-segment TV miniseries featuring Oksana Mysina, Vitaly Solomin, Yelena Safonova, Larisa Udovichenko and others, will premiere on RTR March 9 at 10 p.m. Oksana plays Elzbeta, the very frivolous wife of a very serious diplomat. Her husband was played by Solomin in what proved to be his last role before his untimely death in 2002. Oksana talks about the making of this film in an interview that is tentatively planned to run in the MK Sunday issue on March 21.
[4-03-2004] Details On March 3 at the B2 Club, Oksana and her husband John Freedman taped a television interview with the Details (Detali) program of channel STS. The topic of the conversation was Kama Ginkas, about whom Details is preparing a 50-minute report which is scheduled to run March 12 at 10:30 p.m. Oksana spoke about her work with Ginkas on their famous production of K.
