Eldar Ryazanov finished shooting his film „Andersen” on February 21 and on Wednesday evening, February 22, he hosted a wrap party for the cast and crew at his Eldar Film Club on Leninsky Prospekt. Attending, singing, dancing and making toasts were Ryazanov himself, Irakly Kvirikadze (screenwriter), Vladimir Vasilyev (choreographer) and his wife Yekaterina Maksimova, Alexei Rybnikov (composer) and actors Sergei Migitsko, Stanislav Ryadinsky, Vladimir Zeldin, Fyodor Chekhankov, Oleg Tabakov, Oksana Mysina and others. In addition to the feature film version, there are plans to release an extended, five to seven part TV mini-series.

Oksana Mysina is rehearsing a new version of „Ariston” in which she will play the role of Jocasta. Jocasta was previously performed by Lyudmila Odiyankova, who left the cast in January.

The Oksana Mysina Theatrical Brotherhood has reached an agreement with the ApARTe Theater by which it will perform its productions of „Ariston” and „Quixote and Sancho” at ApARTe's new space at Tverskoi Boulevard 8, stroenie 1. Both shows will be restructured to fit the new stage and both will reopen in March. “Ariston” plays March 13, 14 and 15 at 7 p.m. “Quixote and Sancho” plays March 27 at 7 p.m. Tickets for both shows are now available through Irina Nikolaevna Antonova at the ApARTe Theater.
