[26-12-2006] A Documentary Film featuring Alla and Igor Sannikov Igor Kholodkov's film Little People Against the Big World will be shown tonight on Channel One at 22:30. The film draws back the curtain on the difficulty with which many little people exist in the big world. Among those featured in the film are the actors Alla and Igor Sannikov, who perform in Quixote and Sancho, a production of the Oksana Mysina Theatrical Brotherhood. [26-12-2006] Erdman-Stepanova Documentary on the Culture Channel Galina Yevtushenko's film, The Preserve So Much that is Dear, a documentary about the playwright Nikolai Erdman and the actress Angelina Stepanova, will be shown on the Culture Channel on Wednesday, Dec. 27 at 22:05 and on Thursday, Dec. 28 at 12:40. In the film Veniamin Smekhov speaks for Erdman and Oksana Mysina is the voice of Stepanova. [19-12-2006] Andersen Opens in Chelyabinsk Eldar Ryazanov's new film Andersen will have its official premiere in Chelyabinsk on Friday, Dec. 22. Oksana Mysina, who plays Andersen's mother in the film, will travel to Chelyabinsk for the opening ceremonies. [15-12-2006] Andersen at the Pushkinsky Eldar Ryzanov's new film Andersen will have a special premiere showing at the Pushkinsky cinema theater on Pushkin Square on Monday, Dec. 18 at 7 p.m. Ryazanov and most of the cast members will be present. [11-12-2006] Oksana Mysina Participates in a Benefit Concert Oksana Mysina will be one of many Russian actors, musicians and celebrities taking part in a benefit concert on Wednesday, Dec. 13 on the large stage at the Eldar Kino Club. The concert, with proceeds going to Russian veterans, will be hosted by Stas Ryadinsky, who plays the young Hans Christian Andersen in Eldar Ryazanov's latest film, Andersen. [4-12-2006] Ryazanov's Andersen in Book Form' Eldar Ryazanov has published a novel, Andersen: Life Without Love, based on the screenplay he wrote with Irakly Kvirikadze for his latest film. The book is filled with photos from the film and from the shooting process. It also contains an epilogue in which Ryazanov talks about his actors and the making of the film. Here, in part, is what he writes about Oksana: «Andersen's mother Anna-Maria is played by the inimitable tragic actress Oksana Mysina. […] Astonishing intuition, a true sense of the age, and veracity of emotions on screen — that all applies to Mysina.
