[2-07-2007] Oksana Mysina on Kama Ginkas

[2-07-2007] In Praise and in Memory of Grisha Gurvich
Oksana Mysina recently discovered a song she wrote for Grisha Gurvich when going through some of her old papers. The occasion was the 6th anniversary of Grisha's fabulous Bat cabaret theater in 1995. Grisha's death in 1999 was a blow to Moscow and Moscow theater — his absence is felt every day. We are happy to share here memories of days when Grisha was running one of the most festive, most enjoyable theaters in town. For those who can read Russian, go to the First-person Singular column on Oksana's page to read the text of Oksana's jocular ode to Grisha Gurvich.
