[30-05-2005] In Memory of Gennady Galkin
It is with a heavy heart that everyone at the Oksana Mysina Theatrical Brotherhood encourages the fans of Kitchen to pay their respects to the actor Gennady Galkin, who died this weekend. In Maxim Kurochkin's play Gena brilliantly performed the role of the strange, corrupt and hilarious attorney, one of many formidable adversaries that Oksana's Kriemhild had to face. Gena was a gifted actor and a true friend. He will be sorely missed by everyone who ever came into contact with him.
Memorial services begin Tuesday, May 31 at 11 a.m. at the Yermolova Theater.
[27-05-2005] Olga Mukhina
Olga Mukhina, a good friend of the Oksana Mysina Theatrical Brotherhood, will unveil her new play Flying with two performances on June 1 and 2 at the Mayakovsky Theater affiliate at 7 p.m. This is Mukhina's first new play in approximately 7 years and it is the first time she has directed her own work. Olga continues to work on a play titled L'va, which she is writing especially for Oksana Mysina.

The Oksana Mysina Brotherhood will perform its production of Viktor Korkiya's Ariston at the Actors House on the Arbat on May 17 at 8 p.m. Tickets are available at the Actors House. For information call 248-0210 or 656-3420.
[12-05-2005] Honoring Igor Sannikov
Igor Sannikov will host an evening in his honor on May 13 at the Central House of Arts Workers (TsDRI). Igor, who performs in the Oksana Mysina Theatrical Brotherhood production of Quixote and Sancho, has spent a long career working as a musician in the circus and as an actor on stage and screen. He has performed for such directors as Nikita Mikhalkov, Boris Lvov-Anokhin, Roman Viktyuk and others.
[11-05-2005] Hans Christian Andersen
Oksana Mysina on Wednesday began shooting her scenes in Andersen, the film Eldar Ryazanov is making about the great Danish author of fairy tales. Oksana is playing Andersen's mother. Ryazanov has declared that he will retire as a film director when this movie is completed.
