[24-12-2004] New York performances of K. I. from "Crime"
A major run of Kama Ginkas's production of K. I. from'Crime' is now set for New York in January 2005. This one-woman show, in which Oksana Mysina has performed the character of Katerina Ivanovna from Fyodor Dostoevsky's novel Crime and Punishment for ten years will open at the Foundry Theatre in New York City on January 5 and will run almost daily through January 30. Ginkas and Mysina will travel to New York on Dec. 26 and will spend the next ten days rehearsing with three American children who will be brought into the show especially for the New York run to play Katerina Ivanovna's children Polya, Kolya and Lida. This run will be the 19th tour of K. I. , which was written by Ginkas's son Daniil Gink, since it opened at the Moscow New Generation Theater in November, 1994. It has performed in 15 countries throughout the world. The New York performances of K. I. from'Crime' are a production of the Foundry Theatre, the Moscow New Generation Theater and are taking place with the cooperation of the Mikhail Baryshnikov Cultural Center. Oksana Mysina and her rock band Oxy Rocks will perform live on the television show Born in the U. S. S. R. which is broadcast to Europe by Nostalgia and to the United States by Russky Mir TV. Both are carried by NTV+. Exact broadcast tiems are uncertain, but the taping of the performance will take place at the Ostankino television studios in Moscow at 2

[16-12-2004] Oxy Rocks Compact Disc Single
On the occasion of the Goodbye Moscow! Goodbye Russia! concerts by Oksana Mysina and Oxy Rocks at the Central House of Artists on Dec. 21 at 7 p.m. and at the Tabula Rasa club on Dec. 22 at 11 p.m., the group is releasing a limited edition CD single called Goodbye, Russia! It will contain four new songs — and will be avaiable for sale at the concerts as long as supplies last. These two concerts will be Oksana's last Moscow appearances before she leaves to perform her famous production of K. I. from'Crime' off-Broadway in New York for the entire month of January.
[15-12-2004] Oxy Rocks Concerts
Three Oxy Rocks concerts in the month of December are now confirmed. The band will play two club dates — Dec. 15 at Sinyaya Ptitsa and Dec. 22 at Tabula Rasa. They will also perform a solo concert at TsDKh (The Central Artist's House) on Krymsky Val on Dec. 21. The band will present a new set of songs that they have written for an as-yet unnamed new album. The band's line-up is: Oksana Mysina (vocals and violin), Sergei Shchetinin (lead guitar), Dmitry Yershov (bass guitar), Mikhail Zolotaryov (drums).

The live appearance of Oksana Mysina and Oxy Rocks on the Memories of the USSR program which is to be broadcast to the United States and Europe on NTV+ has tentatively been moved to Dec. 17.
[9-12-2004] Oxy Rocks on Radio
Oksana Mysina appears on the hour-long Stars' Living Room radio program on Mayak Dec. 9 at 9 p.m. She will be talking about her upcoming rock concerts at the Sinyaya Ptitsa club (Dec. 15), the Central House of Artists (Dec. 21) and the Tabula Rasa club (Dec. 22) and will give listeners a chance to hear some of the new songs she has written and recorded with her band Oxy Rocks.
[9-12-2004] Oxy Rocks on International Television
Oksana Mysina and her rock band Oxy Rocks will perform early Saturday morning on the Memories of the USSR program for the Russky Mir and Nostalgie networks that is broadcast to the United States and Europe on NTV+. Recording time in the Moscow studio will be from 3-4 a.m.
[7-12-2004] TV appearances
Oksana Mysina will make two television appearances on Tuesday, Dec.7, and Wednesday, Dec. 8. On the Orchestra Pit program on the Kultura channel, she will discuss her education as musician. It airs at 9:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 7 and will be repeated on Wednesday, Dec. 8 at 12:30 p.m. Also on Wednesday, Oksana will appear on the Good Morning show on the ORT channel to discuss her work in the current mini-series Children of the Arbat. Air-time for this appearance is at approximately 8:50 a.m.
